We are committed to complying with necessary legislation governing the privacy of personal information collected by our staff and practitioners.

As medical professionals we need to collect information to provide you with care, sometimes this information is shared with ACC and with your permission other health care providers such as your GP.
Please note that under the Accident Compensation Act 2001, you must provide information that is relevant to your claim when we reasonably require you to provide it. If you unreasonably refuse to provide relevant personal information, this may affect your entitlements.
Sometimes we receive indirect information about your care or injury, this includes from ACC or other healthcare practitioners such as your GP. If this occurs we will notify you via text or email.
During your consultation your practitioner will collect the relevant medical information so that they are able to assess, diagnose and treat you.
In the event that you discover that the information we hold about you is incorrect please contact reception or your practitioner so that corrections can be made.
