Being overweight is a health epidemic.

If you are female and have a waist measurement of greater than 80–87 centimetres or a male with a waist measurement of greater than 94–101 centimetres then you are in the moderate risk category for cardiovasucular disease. You are at high risk at over 88cm for women and 102 for men. Those in the high risk category are also at high risk of other overweight related diseases such as diabetes.

My focus is to work with clients one to one to not just coach in weight loss but also to work with you to improve general health and wellbeing.

There are 3 effective weight loss programmes offered at The Twig Centre:

How do i make the right choice for me?

The best way is to come in for an initial 1 hour assessment/profiling session. This will involve having a full BIA assessment (refer BIA tab), blood tests and completing a Health Appraisal Questionaire (HAQ).
